The Sartell Pride Volleyball Club invites you to participate in our sanctioned JO Volleyball Tournament.  We have a quality facility that offers players and families a great volleyball experience.  Sign up today, as we will cap our tournament pools at eight teams per age level.  If you have any questions regarding our tournament contact name, Tournament Coordinator, at . Click on "Club Info." to download Sartell Pride Winter Classic Registration Form.

Tournament & Family Information:

Registration: $100 per team

Tournament will start at 8:00am (both days)
            * Doors and concessions will open at 7:30am
            * Coaches meeting: 7:40am (report to room across from the North Gym at the Middle School)

ADMISSSION FEE - $2.00
            * Seating is available in our bleachers or you may bring in your own canvas chairs

All Teams will enter into playoff matches
            * Gold Division (top two teams in each pool)
            * Silver Division (third and fourth place teams in each pool)

Medals will be presented to the first and second place finishing teams in each division

We will have a full concession stand for your convenience:
            * Pizza, Wild Rice soup, hot turkey sandwiches, hot dogs, fruit, muffins, nachos, coffee, water, sodas, candy bars, cookies.
            * Tables and seating are available in our commons area.

Entries will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.  Confirmation emails will be sent out to your tournament coordinator once payment has been received.  We look forward to seeing you on date  Mail payment for entry fee along with a roster to:

Tournament Format:

Pool Play is 2 games to 25 points, must win by 2 points, no cap.

Warm-up time before the first two matches is 10 minutes: 2-4-4 format (2 minutes shared, 4 minutes on net including serving). After each team has played in at least one match, warm-up time is 8 minutes: 2-3-3 format (2 minutes shared, 3 minutes on net including serving). Bring your own volleyballs.

Pool Standings will be based on:
1. Matches won / lost percentage
2. Head-to-Head results
3. Game percentage (games won / total games played)
4. Total Points (+ / -)
5. Coin Toss

Playoff matches are best of 3 games; third game to 15 points; no cap. Warm-up time is 10 minutes (2-4-4).

Officiating:

We would ask that a coach serve as the up referee during pool play and playoff matches.

We will use Volley Lite balls during 12's tournament.
